Having also studying Psychology, I understand the dynamic and importance of relationship. I pride myself in my creative abilities and attention to detail, along with my awareness to balance the relationship between clients, guest and my technical crew.

Having served all of Southern California, Northern California, from Washington State to Colorado State, all of the Hawaiian Islands and most properties in Las Vegas, I have acquired relationships with numerous venues and service providers to combine our efforts and to lead a team of skilled crew members and staff, to achieve many successful and impactful special events for over 30 Years..

1991-1996
Pro Sound & Stage Lighting - Rental Manager.
After getting my degree in Audio Visual Production, I first started working at Southern California's premier Audio Visual sales company PSSL, supervising the rental department. One of my main responsibilities was to rent out audio and video equipment and to educate my staff and customers on live sound & lighting operations along with Sales associates to create beneficial sales along with building relationships with many Producers, Promoters, DJ's and Musicians.


1993-Present
While I was working at PSSL, we did not offer on-site technical support or operations for our clients, so I decided to start my own production company having our local Long Beach Queen Mary as my first client. I provided all audio visual support for Special Events including "Shipwreck" Queen Mary's Famous Halloween Haunt, along with the prestigious New Years Eve Gala, and the exciting Scottish Festival along with many other events at the Queen Mary park, including Concerts, Car shows and Motorcycle show. After honing in my skills as a technician, I found my forte working corporate meetings and events, including General Sessions with Breakouts and Receptions. Customer Service had become my priority along with providing technical support. Combining these two skills has become my passion. I love what I do, I look forward to work, I look forward to supporting and helping others and to be of service...


Skills
I have been preforming since kindergarten and playing in bands as a lead guitar player since grade school. In my senior year in High School, I found myself leading our Film Analysis class and being the lead to our final project. After High School I got my degree at Video Technical Institute, where I found myself again as the lead to our final project. I noticed myself being drawn to taking charge and being the lead, and as I matured I realized that not only do I love to be in charge but I love a challenge and I understand what it is to be accountable. Over the years I wanted to educate myself more so I studied Psychology to understand the conscious and unconscious behavior of myself and others and how to create better relationships and comunication with my clients and co-workers. Achieving goals has been a major practice in my life, through self awareness I have achieved many more goals and have had the privilage to help others achieve their goals as well...
